This was a site specific piece designed for Locust Projects.
The project consisted of mapping and modeling the Electromagnetic field generated by the Florida Power and Light’s (FPL) ‘Miramar’ substation, adjacent to Locust projects.
The field calculations were translated from a computer model into physical dimensions then built using the scale of the project room as a starting point. In this way, the model was entirely site specific to Locus Projects not only in subject but also in size and construction techniques.
