The sculpture is a hollow right triangle filled with old work that has been processed by a mulching machine.
The slope that connects the horizontal adjacent side to the vertical opposite side (hypotenuse) is defined by the steepest possible angle that the mulch can remain in place before the effect of gravity causes it to fall.
